I made an order with two items. They delivered one and canceled the other without even informing me or sending an email. Their customer service via whatsapp is useless as it is automated. They think they can match NAMSHI who are much better, faster and more professional. Moreover, many times when placing an order, at checkout the item is not available. The next day you find it available at a higher price. Not recommend at all.

Worst shopping experience ever! I tried them as a referral from a friend,and I had the absolute WORST experience. Unorganized, no communication with logistics ,doesn't fix the situation until your order gets cancelled and shipped back to the warehouse. I'm really shocked as I thought this company was high-end. Doesn't even compensate for their mistakes. Very unprofessional. Never will i recommend this place to anyone!!! Just read all the 1 star reviews,and eems I'm not the only 1 ! Haram aleyk!

I ordered a shoes online to be convenient I didn't expect that it will give me so much stressed they have very Terrible delivery service where you can't contact the delivery person it reply after a decade can't even answer a phone call and I the end it says in application that my order is delivered yet I didn't received any item yet. I paid money and I didn't receive any item first time I ever experience it online. My first time to try your app and will be the last.
